Mission
Build playful systems that scale with the player, ship them with ruthless simplicity, and over‑deliver every time—often with hidden systems that reward curiosity.
We build playful systems that scale with the player—from tap‑smash toddler to min‑maxing nerd—shipped with ruthless simplicity and deep respect for ability, time, privacy, attention, and well‑being.
Make elegant, emergent games that create genuine wonder—while relentlessly respecting the player. We build for all ages; our first release focuses on young children.
Build playful systems that scale with the player, ship them with ruthless simplicity, and over‑deliver every time—often with hidden systems that reward curiosity.
Genuine wonder powered by small, composable rules. Levels and emergence over content dumps.
The four E’s and our non‑negotiable promises.
Depth from simple rules. If we can’t get surprising outcomes from a tiny rule set, we don’t ship yet.
Minimum moving parts, maximum expressiveness. No UI we can delete survives.
Discovery loops over content dumps. Players should feel clever, not lectured.
No dark patterns. Respect for attention, wallet, privacy, and context—especially for kids.
Players with disabilities are fully part of our audience. Accessibility is foundational, not a feature gate.
God‑mode style tunables: Respecting time and ability means removing artificial gates that are “just values in code.” Our titles will ship with flexible options such as: invincibility or generous health, one‑handed play, adjustable game speed, wider timing windows, aim/assist scaling, skippable waits/cooldowns, level‑select and checkpointing, and difficulty that can go both down and up at any time—without penalty or stigma.

Level‑K Games, LLC ("Level‑K", "we", "us") builds playful, respectful games. This policy explains what information our apps and site collect and how it is used.
Our first release is designed for young children and families and adheres to applicable laws and Google Play’s Designed for Families program. Level‑K also builds games for broader audiences; each title’s design and policies are tailored to its players.
Children’s apps: We do not collect, store, or share personal information. We do not use third‑party advertising or analytics SDKs in children’s apps. Our children’s apps run offline and do not require an account.
Website: This site does not use cookies or tracking scripts. Web servers may log standard non‑identifying technical information (e.g., IP address and user agent) for security and reliability; logs are automatically rotated and not used to profile users.
Our apps may store small, non‑identifying values on your device (e.g., settings, accessibility preferences, or simple counters like how many times a visual effect has played). This data never leaves the device, is not shared, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Parents and guardians can contact us at taylor@levelk.games with questions. If we ever unintentionally receive personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
If features change in ways that affect privacy, this policy will be updated and the app’s store listing will reflect those changes before updates are published.
