Privacy Policies

Each Level‑K game has its own privacy policy detailing exactly what data is collected, how it's used, and how we protect our players—especially children.

Our Privacy Commitment

Level‑K Games, LLC ("Level‑K", "we", "us") is committed to building games that respect players of all ages. We design with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought. Each game is built for its specific audience, and each privacy policy reflects that game's actual data practices—no boilerplate, no hedging.

For children's apps: We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google Play's Designed for Families program. We don't collect personal information from children. We don't use tracking or advertising in children's games. Period.
